ZSXP-B小盤紙分切復(fù)卷機(jī)是生產(chǎn)小盤紙和卷筒擦手紙兩用設(shè)備,可在短時(shí)間內(nèi)隨意更換;具有壓花、打孔、分切和復(fù)卷一次完成的功能,帶氣動(dòng)上紙、氣動(dòng)皮帶傳動(dòng)、松緊調(diào)節(jié)等裝置,采用氣脹軸和無(wú)氣漲軸兩種收卷方式.
主要特點(diǎn):
1、 采用氣脹軸收卷,使紙管定位準(zhǔn)確簡(jiǎn)便;
2、 無(wú)氣漲軸收卷，操作更方便，減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。
3、壓邊系統(tǒng);采用鋼對(duì)鋼壓邊,獨(dú)立氣缸調(diào)節(jié),方便調(diào)節(jié),達(dá)到每層紙不分層;
4、臥式退紙架,氣動(dòng)上紙,氣動(dòng)式寬皮帶送紙,每卷原紙均有獨(dú)立張力調(diào)整裝置;
5、采用前后點(diǎn)動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)牽引原紙,操作更簡(jiǎn)便、安全.
6、根據(jù)客戶所需,增加修邊噴膠封口功能。
