HHL-DK1300S-B型無紡布打孔壓花機,設備主要適用于紙尿褲、尿片面層加工及無紡布分切。該機的放料架與收料架均采用獨立伺服電機控制。并配有光電自動跟蹤糾偏系統,,自動張力控制系統,采用高精度臺灣進口模具加工而成,精密絲桿控制位置.該機具有打孔及分切速度快,能耗低,空氣污染小等特點。
本機由布放卷單元、打孔單元、在線分切單元、收卷單元、電氣控制系統及相應氣動控制儀表等組成**次的硬件、完善的軟件配置,滿足國情的性能和合理價位。采用先進的“集中式數控系統”,具有自動化程度高、功能齊全、性能穩定可靠、操作簡便及生產效率高等優點。

The winding rack and rewinding race are controlled by Auto-service electric machinery, and photoelectric。Auto tracing correct system, auto pulling control system.. The process used Taiwanese’s high accuracy mold, high precision pole control position. The machine have such features: fast speed in pin-hole and cutting, low energy,and low air pollution.
The machine is compose of winding unit, pin-hole unit, line-cutting unit,re-winding unit, electric control system and pneumatic instrument.
